Freshness is one of the biggest perks of buying straight from the farm. Every bouquet starts in the field, where each stem is grown with care and harvested at the right moment. Because everything is cut here on the farm, I appreciate a day’s notice when ordering. Flowers do best when they’ve had time to properly condition. The simple pause to drink and rest, helps the blooms settle in and give them a longer vase life.
